Teacher training is an integral part of the functioning of the school. As teacher plays and important and crucial role in moulding child’s behaviour, personality. She/he also shoulders the responsibility of helping children learn Academic content, skills that enable the child become a Academically a competent person. In the changing times, handling children and tracking them curricular concepts and encourage them to learn in a challenging task. It requires continuous learning new techniques and implementation of them in an effective manner. To help teacher’s grow professionally they are exposed to in – Service – Training which in turn will help children in their classroom learning processes.
