Apart from Extracurricular activities like sports events, SPS has several co-curricular activities as Performing arts that enable children to express themselves and develop their creativity and Visual arts that help children represent their thoughts & skills and also help them explore while performing original power as well as artistic skills creatively. Thus, it is an approach to speak to represent one’s feelings & creative mind in the way of life.
Under PVA (Performing and Visual Arts), SPS includes,
- Classical dance Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi
- Western Dance
- Carnatic Music
- Light Music
- Instrumental Music, Tabla, Guitar, Ukulele, Piano, Drums, etc.
- Drawing, Painting, Colouring, Printmaking, Photography, etc.
- Craft work for WOW (Wealth out of waste) activities
